4-Day Latent Cause Experience™ — Training Reservation

This is Failsafe’s foundational seminar. Everything else follows it.

The Latent Cause Experience™ is a 4-day on-site workshop that changes how people see failure. Participants learn to drop blame, work from evidence, and ask what it is about the way we are — and the way I am — that contributed. That is where the Latent Cause Mentality is instilled.

This $3,200 reservation holds one exclusive 4-day session for your organization. After purchase, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a discovery call. Together, we will confirm dates (typically 6–12 months out), expected attendance (minimum 12), venue, and any customization.

What the final invoice includes

• Instruction, priced by number of attendees
• A workbook for each person
• Travel billed separately at cost

You provide the venue, lunches, and breaks. Exact pricing for your group size and location comes in the proposal after dates and attendance are confirmed. The $3,200 deposit is 100% creditable toward the final invoice. A typical class of 25 is about $25,000, including expenses.
