1-Day Latent Cause Analysis — Training Reservation

For organizations that have already completed the 4-day Latent Cause Experience. This day spreads the method to other sites and crews. It is not a replacement for the 4-day.

The 8-hour workshop gives additional crews a working grasp of Latent Cause Analysis so they can handle smaller incidents and serve as team members on larger ones. The aim is the same two questions: what is it about the way we are, and what is it about the way I am.

This $800 reservation holds one exclusive 1-day session for your organization. After purchase, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to set dates and finalize details. Minimum of 12 attendees.

What the final invoice includes

• Instruction, priced by number of attendees
• A workbook for each person
• Travel billed separately at cost

You provide the venue, lunches, and breaks. The $800 deposit is 100% creditable toward the final invoice. A typical class of 30 is about $7,500 with travel expenses.
